"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. We would recommend The Summit to any friends looking for a beach stay without the chaos of the public beach. We went with our two older kids and they also had a fantastic time on the beach."

"We had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the mountains overlooking the ocean. We brought our dog who had lots of space to run around, and Luigi made sure we had a pack and play for our 14 month old already in the room when we came. The room itself was decent sized with its own patio and private entrance. The breakfast was great and it is served in a beautiful room surrounded by glass overlooking the pool, which overlooks the ocean. We will definitely be going back!"
