This motel has been completely renovated and is beautiful. Just a 5-6 minute walk into the heart of town. At the end of the block heading for town is a beautiful sand beach. Great stay!

Sukhman greeted us upon arrival. He showed our room which was exactly as shown in the pics when booking. He was very helpful with our queries. The room can be compared to a five star hotel suite as it was really clean and well maintained. We had the best stay so far here as compared to the other places booked for this trip. 👍😊

Host Raj was super helpful sorting me out for my after hours arrival. The room was extremely mice. Recently renovated and fitted out very well. Great value for money at this off peak time of the year. Raj checked in with me again in the morning to see that all was to my satisfaction. Cool guy. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Fabulously clean room, amazing shower with great pressure, very comfortable bed and pillows, central location. Kitchenette had all the necessities. Wonderful staff and superb value. Would have liked a hair dryer and a larger trash can in the kitchen area but not deal breakers and would definitely book again!!

Our stay was fine, the staff were great, and it would appear that the property is going through some up dating as there were unfinished areas in the room such as missing skirting and holes in the ceiling. The carpet felt mew which was a great feeling when you entered the room. The Rayya Suites in Paihia is a place I would recommend, however I would encourage the owners to complete the renovations and it will be a fantastic place to stay.
