L'hôtel est très bien placé pour un séjour au calme avec de beaux paysages et une vue sur la plage depuis le balcon de la chambre. Le bémol de notre séjour c'est que les jacuzzi n'étaient pas fonctionnel et parmis toutes les piscines même pas une de chauffer. Et au vu de la météo que nous avons eu toute la semaine impossible de profiter des piscines ou de se rabattre sur les jacuzzi

Arrived to recepetion late in the day, but at check-in was given no information about the amenities or directions on where to find anything. The hotel is tired and very dated, it needs a makeover, it is not 4 star standard. Doors were broken, holes in the ceiling and general wear and tear seen almost everywhere. Food and drinks offerings where great and the pools available give you loads of choice. But for the same price you can stay at the Fuerteventura Princess sister hotel next door for a proper 4 star experience, that i highly reccomend, just expect more children and no separate adult area at breakfast, lucnh and dinner.

Hotel muss renoviert werden. Essen war ok. Sauberkeit gut. Es wehte immer ein sehr starker Wind. Das Hotel sollte am Pool ein paar Glaswände für Windschutz bauen, damit man auch bei stärkerem Wind am Pool relaxen kann. Es gibt gar keinen Windschutz im Hotel. Pool war eiskalt und ungeheizt. Nur das Babybecken war einigermaßen warm.

Les chambres sont très vétustes et le ménage laisse à désirer ; de plus, à notre étage, le personnel de ménage semblait manifestement agacé par notre présence. La restauration est satisfaisante. La taille excessive de l’hôtel rend les déplacements contraignants ; dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix reste acceptable au regard du tarif de 400 € par personne pour une semaine vol inclus en janvier.

Ubicación y servicio perfecto

Ubicación perfecta. Servicio excelente. Las instalaciones necesitan una actualización pero está limpio y bien mantenido. Muy buena idea lo de regalar botellas reutilizables y muchos puntos en el hotel 24 horas para rellenar las con agua minimizando el uso de plástico. La política del hotel con respecto a usos para fumadores mejorable así como recogida de colillas tanto en el establecimiento como en los alrededores. Sin duda un lugar al que volveremos.

Está bien el hotel, solo que el todo incluido no es tan bueno como muchos hoteles de la isla que estado y la comida para mí parecer y nunca opino la verdad pero la comida fatal fatal no me ha gustado nada, muy poquísimas variedad y lo que estaban en las planchas muy ridículos , no te querían dar más comida, lo único y mejor el desayuno y lo peor la comida del mediodía .

Los TODO INCLUÍDO deberían desaparecer...

Vas a un Todo Incluído pensando que estará bien, y te das cuenta que la calidad de comida y bebidas en general es muy muy baja. El vino a granel, imperdonable. Que no haya cervezas ni de pago, imperdonable. Y las de granel malísimas, super ácidas. La comida en general muy baja calidad. Que no haya un sólo restaurante de pago, imperdonable. Que una puerta en recepción, de acceso a habitaciones y resto del hotel, de mucho tránsito, esté estropeada una semana... imperdonable. Que te digan que enseñes la pulsera del Todo Incluído al pedir un sangria (dios santo qué sangría, un poco de vino malo con dos trozos de naranja y de un embase de plástico) no es muy elegante que digamos. La música en vez de haber música ambiental por todas partes, especialmente recepción y comedores... se empeñan en actuaciones en vivo de vez en cuando... (error). Que no haya unos cacahuetes o papatas o algo asi de aperitivo, ni gratis ni de pago, me parece lamentable. Los baños deberían tener bidé. Las urgencias de camareros en los comedores para retirar platos usados o bebidas es un poco acelerada, rozando el estrés... Y de vacaciones uno quiere tranquilidad, no esa especia de euforia...

Les Photos correspondent totalement à l’hôtel. Le personnel de reception est trsè accueillant Merci à Gary et Marco. Une animation présente mais sans être trop pesante. L’hôtel mérite de grosses rénovations mais ils vont fermés 14 mois à partir d’octobre 2026 pour travaux. Rapport qualité prix correct. Buffet restauration bon mais pourrais faire mieux. Un seul regret la salle de sport n’est accessible qu a partir de 18 ans, je n’ai donc pas pu y accéder avec ma fille qui pratique la compétition et qui avais besoin de s entrainer

We stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a really lovely time. The food was great, the views were beautiful, and there were plenty of pools to choose from. We really appreciated having a separate adults-only area as well as easy access to the beach. The staff at the bar and at reception were fantastic. Always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really made a difference to our experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, facilities and great food.
