"This hotel clearly used to be a very nice place, but it just hasn't been maintained and the location is less than ideal. For the price we paid, it was a fine experience, but I likely wouldn't stay again. Because it is surrounded by highways it is impossible to explore the city or even walk to food nearby without taking a taxi (which, during peak traffic times, is a very slow process). We had two rooms and the AC didn't work particularly well in either room and both had strange smells (one like a dentists office, the other was rather unpleasant). In one of the rooms the bathroom door was extremely hard to open/close."

"Our bathroom tap was broken. Couldn’t run the water at all, I think the censor was broken. And the shower head was broken and only a small stream of water was coming out. Our coffee machine also was broken had to hold down the buttons for it to work. "

" Just what we needed to wrap up our trip and be conveniently close to the airport. The front desk and restaurant staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the airport shuttle made everything easy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. La piscina y el jacuzzi fueron un gran extra, y el transporte al aeropuerto hizo todo muy fácil. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Sin duda nos hospedaríamos aquí nuevamente."
