"Quite good for a business trip. Located in a mall complex, so you have ample choices of food — old building but well maintained. Nice breakfast."

"It's located in a pretty safe area of Palembang, close to many things one might one to visit. There's a souvenir shop downstairs and McDonald's as well. My main problem was room service. Staff doesn't speak English, so whenever you pay for something, you'll never get to see your change back because I think they assume it's a tip, so they always just keep the change... It was pretty strange."
