"Our first room was small, window looked onto a brick wall, hair and ants in the bathroom. Stephania at the front desk was responsive and helpful, moving us into a different, clean room. Still, that first room was the impression we left with"

"What a wonderful hotel! We had an amazing stay here and the location is unbeatable (3min walk to Theater Massimo). The room was perfect with a balcony, a really comfortable bed, and an amazing shower. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. 10/10 for me, no complaints and we will stay here again the next time we are in Palermo. "

"This is a slightly shabby Grande Dame that seems to get most of it's guests through group travel. The room was large and well-appointed, though slightly oddly laid out with a deep bath but no separate shower. The bedding could use a refresh, particularly mattress and pillows. The breakfast was fine, though not of the highest quality (terrible cappuccino) and the staff very formal and obsequious. The location was great, and that really made it work for us."
