hello, we are sorry that the stay in our structure was not to his liking, but honestly for what he writes it seems that he is confused with some other structure in which he will have stayed. in fact all the opinions of the innumerable guests that we have had the pleasure of hosting are totally opposed to his. Gentili ospiti, ci dispiace abbiate tenuto a precisare lo spiacevole episodio. In quasi tutte le strutture ricettive, al giorno d'oggi è buona educazione far sapere l'orario di arrivo e soprattutto se l'arrivo è notturno e dopo un certo orario di notte. Ci dispiace per il vostro ritardo e ci dispiace perché durante tutto il giorno abbiamo provato a chiamare e scrivere email e messaggi senza mai avere una risposta da parte vostra fino a farci pensare che avevate cambiato idea e non venivate più. Quando avete telefonato alle 12.30 di notte vi abbiamo comunque agevolato nel farvi entrare e mai avremmo potuto e voluto farvi dormire in mezzo alla strada.. Come avete potuto constatare durante il vostro soggiorno siamo gente per bene molto attenta ai nostri ospiti e attenti a farli sentire bene come a casa propria. Spero non abbiate già avuto da qualche altra parte questa esperienza di rimanere fuori a causa del vostro mancato preavviso di arrivo notturno… anche se molto qualcuno avrebbe potuto farlo!
