On arrival we were upgraded to a superior room (Room 31) which was located in the annex across the street from the main block. The room was spacious as was the adjoining ensuite bathroom.
We stayed four nights and the room was thoroughly cleaned and towels replaced each day. Bed was large and comfortable. Kettle & tea/coffee provided was welcome.
Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.
Staff (at reception, bar, breakfast and housekeeping) were all uniformly polite, helpful and welcoming.
Bar snacks with our pre-dinner beers were substantial - bordered on tapas. Location was perfect for strolling into city centre or along the shoreline to Foro Italico.
Overall really pleased with the whole experience.
Recommend.
We stayed in hotel for 3 nights, staff were excellent everywhere reception restaurant bar especially Tony and Guiseppe were so nice, we had drinks at bar and they make us feel so welcomed, and talked to us just great.. We already looking for next time when we travel to Italy and stay there … Really recommended
Near shopping and restaurants. Bus stop nearby to take you to the historical town. Hotel caters to large tour groups, so lots of guests at breakfast and check in. Breakfast was ok.
Fell in love with Palermo and this hotel was part of the reason. Allowed me to leave bags as we were early for check in. Walking distance to museums, markets restaurants.
