10min walking distance from many local attractions. An ideal place if you're looking for a clean, practical place to stay. From point of arrrival to departure, we didn't see any staff. The noise of the plumbing everytime someone used the bathroom was annoying. Overall, good accommodation with comfortable beds, TV, small fridge and wifii.

Wonderful! I had a very quiet room in the back. Very comfy bed and pillows. Slept well. Clean as can be. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of all sight-seeing. Great restaurants in the area. Felt safe. Wonderful coffee and cold water available. Staff is the best. Value for the cost.

Great place to stay

The room was perfect! It had two rooms, with a queen bed, tv, minifridge in each. The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water. If we were to return to Palermo, we would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic BnB - very clean, light, airy and spacious with lovely high ceilings. It is walking distance from all the attractions, as well as, the train station (Palermo Lolli) that goes to the airport. Daniella is a fantastic hostess! Her natural warmth and sunny disposition adds to the Moris experience, while enjoying delicious Sicilian pastries and coffee for breakfast. I highly recommend Moris and will definitely book it again next time I’m in Palermo.

Nice room, minimal service

My room was very clean, large and tastefully appointed. Location is good. After reading reviews about the great service others received, I decided to book. I was disappointed in the service and saw no one on the premises while I was there (I thought the reviews indicated otherwise). I had some issues with the air conditioning in my room, exchanged a few texts with the owner (?) to resolve the problem temporarily but never received an acknowledgment to my follow up request regarding air conditioning issue. Building is old with plenty of character but no lighting on stairwells (107 steps to get to the rooms if not taking the charmingly decrepit elevator). Keys must be used to get out of rooms (as well as to get into). Initial access to the room is via prompts on mobile phone (you don’t pick up the keys until after you’ve accessed the room) which is fine if your mobile internet access is 100%. My internet access was a bit spotty on my phone but ultimately I was able to get into the room. Electricity to the room is via one of the keys—I have traveled through many countries but was not familiar with having to turn on/off the electricity where I was staying. Owner indicated to me that this was noted in the instructions (small key=electricity) so user error on my part since I was not familiar with the concept. Since the electricity is off when the room keys leave the room, I am not sure why there is a refrigerator in the room (anything left in it would not remain cold).

Terrible!!! I will never come back. The bed and mattress were completely worn out. I paid for two nights but stayed only one — I had to move to another hotel. I sent a message informing that I was leaving one day earlier and received no guidance or response at all. It seems you do not pay attention to messages left by your guests. The room is nicely decorated, but the bed — which is the most important thing — is very bad. The check-in was also very problematic because it is online. The link would not open in the app and my internet connection was unstable. I am a foreigner and upon arrival the internet is often unreliable. There was no staff member present to assist. The building is very ugly and old, and some floors did not even have lights. I had to climb the stairs using my phone flashlight. The elevator is decrepit. Parking in front is impossible. The street is extremely busy and you can barely stop to unload luggage. A truly disappointing experience.

Moris - no coração de Palermo

Ficamos em dois períodos: 6 a 8/10/25 e 16 a 18/10/25. Hotel bem localizado. Dá para fazer as principais atrações a pé (aviso: nós gostamos muito de andar). A entrada é via link (WhatsApp). Funciona super bem. Fizemos o Transfer aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto por indicação do hotel. Funcionou super bem por 60 euros cada trecho. Banheiro muito bom. Área compartilhada com cozinha, microondas, água e café gratuito. Enfim, atendeu muito bem nossas expectativas.

Kein Personal vorhanden, wurde aber auch nicht benötigt, daher nicht Bewertbar. Alles ging über dass Smartphone zum öffnen der Türen, Haustüre, Flurtüre, Zimmertüre, vor dem Check-In erhält man automatisch eine Mail und einem Link samt vierstelligen Code. Hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Gute Zentrale Lage, alles hervorragend zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sehr sauber, nicht perfekt, aber gut genug und recht modern. Kann ich weiterempfehlen, wer den typischen Hotel Schnick Schnack ink. Atmosphäre nicht benötigt.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem typischen Wohnhaus für Palermo. Nicht die ruhigste Gegend, Ohrstöpselnregeln, aber dadurch auch gut gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden. In 20-25 Gehminuten ist man in der Altstadt oder an der Kathedrale. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, sehr groß und sauber. Bett wunderbar bequem. Badezimmer mit Dusche gut ausgetastet, neu und sauber. Kommunikation und Check in haben reibungslos geklappt. Ich würde wieder kommen.
