โA hidden GEM would never expect to find a hotel inside of a mall. Very nice, cleanliness, customer service and the breakfast was fresh daily. I would highly recommend this establishment. I look forward to staying at other B&B Hotels โ

Chuveiro tambรฉm que saia รกgua por todo o lado e aรญ fui usar o banheiro na recepรงรฃo tambรฉm vaso com vazamento . Dispensรกvel isso pois รกgua custa caro e estamos tentando economizar para nรฃo faltar โ
โIt has such a lovely atmosphere and the staff were really helpful.
There is a swimming pool and gym and the hotel is perfectly placed for the town centre.
The buffet breakfast is excellent.โ
โOur room was a decent size with balcony. Great shower & big bed!! Pool area was great, just what we needed to chill for a few days. Walkable to the Bouganvilla shopping centre with designer outlets, restaurants and pubs like the fabulous Cheeky Pup!! And a short drive from all the great beach restaurants like Mariaโs, Juliaโs, Izzyโs etc. Staff were all lovely and so helpful - many thanks!โ

โGreat hotel got a nice upgrade also bottle of prosecco and a cake for our anniversary Didnt like the barcode booking service for alacart i followed the advice given but wouldn't let me book the grill annoyed really as it was for my wifes 70th birthday pool area has many loose and broken tiles otherwise great surprise for my wifeโ

โfirstly what a fantastic hotel - stayed for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing break and stay - staff very friendly and helpful, with the Botanic bar a personal favourite BUT disappointingly it is NOT a golf resort (private members only) as we were politely ushered out of the clubhouse when enquiring about tee times ๐ข but still a good spot for the other vilamoura course - overall a great stay but would have been nicer to play golf โณ๏ธ โ
โEverything was perfect. Staffs were super friendly. Very close to all main places and old town. Good price with good services and breakfast. Definitely recommend itโ
