“Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.”

“Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel. Of course it’s remote, but most are, however I feel that’s better so you can dip in and out of the busy sights and Medinas if you want and free shuttle anyway or cheap taxis all day. “If you are looking for beautiful rooms, excellent staff, no need to rush to get your towel on a sun bed and peace and quiet then this is the hotel to stay in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were so friendly and helpful. The sun beds are very comfortable. The pool has three different depths so good for a cooling dip.
