“9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). “Room was in good condition, very spacious and beautiful apartments, staff was courteous but a few things were broken like toilet seat in one bathroom, no essential supplies initially however staff facilitated some later. Also hot water stopped working for a day. Water from showers spill out as there are no curtains, but staff are very good at addressing every issue and trying to fix them. ”

“We love this hotel. Rooms are huge. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is very pretty and peaceful. Only 10 mins from the center. Great taxi service available. And you don’t want to drive yourself into the center if you can avoid it.”

“The bedroom was good but I was different and less nicer from the one on the pictures, but it had everything that we needed so it was okay. We checked in really late and they were very kind to be available for us, and they also communicated with me very well through WhatsApp. We had an early morning so we couldn’t eat breakfast because it started at 9am and we left before that time.”

“Great all inclusive hotel. Lots of activities and entertainment all day long. Great water park and lots of food options. Unable to walk anywhere from the hotel, you can get a taxi from outside or the hotel bus into the centre. The sports bar needs abit of a rethink. It doesn’t open until 5 although games are on all day, it opens for the games but you have to walk to pool bar for a drink. There is only one TV. It could be a lot better. “Great Riad . Very clean , charming , nice pool and very friendly staff. Its around 20 min from main square and most of attractions. We did not had a chance to eat breakfast but i hear was good . Definitely recommending ”
