Hotel não aceitou reserva feita com Hotéis.com

Tudo péssimo! Viajamos 600km e quando Chegamos no hotel com reserva confirmada, fomos mal recebidos pela atendente dizendo que o hotel não tinha convênio com a Hotéis.com e não tinha vagas. Tivemos que voltar 80km para achar um hotel disponível, pois a demanda estava altíssima devido a grandes eventos e o vestibular, fazendo ficarmos sem hotel. NUNCA MAIS USO ESSE SITE E NEM HOSPEDO NO HOTEL
