Bay Landing San Francisco Airport Hotel
Very poor internet/wifi making it impossible to work. Manager unwilling to meet with us to discuss. Front desk first denied the problem, then admitted that it is an ongoing issue. We have stayed at this hotel many times and will not return.

Had a late booking due to flight delayed. We booked and paid for a 2 Queens bed. At time of checking in around 9 PM, front desk just said 'we have a room with one queen bed, the room you booked is oversold, if you don't want the one bed, you can cancel' with the worst attitude for a customer service ...
