"Nice place, good location"

"I would rate this motel higher, but there is ni elevator if you want a king bed. If you want to be on the first floor, there are only 2 doubles and it cost extra. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, water pressure great. Strange that there are no towel racks in the bathroom. Was told that's now "the norm.""

"Fridge/freezer didn't work at all. Shampoo/conditioner dispensers weren't refilled; didn't offer body wash just bar soap. Not pet area/grass for dogs to use. Hair all over room from previous guest/cleaning staff > GROSS! There was trash all over the parking lot that had been there for weeks clearly. More like a motel 6 than hotel and not worth the money. Would hands down not come back here."

"The room was big and spacious. The AC worked good, and the TV was nice. The breakfast was disappointing. It was only cereals, pastries, yogurt, and breads. There were no proteins. Not a good meal for diabetics. We chose an accessible room with a shower. There was no curtain on the shower, which made a huge mess in the rest of the bathroom. The shower wall material was pulling away from the structural wall, leaving a large gap for moisture intrusion. On our way to checkout we observed a large cockroach making it's way toward the breakfast area."

"We went for a baseball tournament. At first I was a little leery about the area. However the front desk staff reassured me it was a safe place and the property was monitored by numerous security cameras. Front staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had no issues. Would recommend again. "

"The stay was fine overall. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection of items. The coffee was fantastic! Would stay again…. Very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon. The town of Canyon has good restaurants and is charming. This property is older and could do with some maintenance upgrades."
