"Staff and family amenities were great perks! I like the idea of it all. So much for a family with young kids to do. The rooms however had like rusted, dirty-looking fixtures. Our bed sheets had some dark spots on them. It felt a little dirty but maybe more so like a fixer upper hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly! So that was also a nice perk!"

"We stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned, towels were never replenished, etc. We finally had to ask for more towels and a roll of toilet paper on our last night. There was also an overall bad smell in the hallway. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Hampton, as usual. It was quiet for the most part and the room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Thank you."
