"The included breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety. Check-in went smoothly with the friendly staff and we even got early access to our room after coming off the cruise ship. Grand Brizo is located right on the city’s main boulevard and we enjoyed a wonderful evening stroll. Also took in the view and music at the rooftop bar. Reasonable prices and a great value. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Buenos Aires."

"The front desk ordered a taxi for me to airport. Horrible. No air conditioning. No shock absorbers. I arrived at airport a soaked sweaty bruised mess. Never do this to a customer. Offer a limo service. "

"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."
