"The only thing I did not like is that a microwave was not in the room and that a refrigerator was not in until we requested one. But, all in.all I had a good stay."

"This is a nice hotel and very convenient hotel, the staff are great, no complaints, but the riu blanca is a nightmare, stay at the plaza not the blanca"

"The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly. It's a bit expensive, as I was expecting more of a luxury hotel. The only bad thing was the breakfast one morning, when everything was cold and the cup of coffee wasn't hot. The toast was hard as a rock, so it was a total disappointment for the price. The hotel person did provide a discount upon checkout after I complained that no one in the kitchen would answer the phone."
