“Ok - where do I start! The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect. There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...

“A bit of an adventure getting to the hotel as it is located at the top of a very steep drive way that meanders though a coconut and pepper plantation. Once there however, the views are great and the ambiance tranquil. The balcony overlooks tree tops, which for anyone seeking a quiet hideaway, this place is perfect.”

“I tried to check in on the day at Ayowa Grand Hotel and the Hotel management refuse to let us check in saying they did not received money I paid on line! I have the proof from commercial bank that I paid 91.98 USD for the 2 rooms I booked but the hotel management refuse demanding I pay again and check in. Ayowa hotel management says that they have not registered with Hotels .com and they have similar cases before where hotel.com charging the customer but not paying the hotel. It looks both of...
