"We were out of the room since the morning and returned around 4:00 p.m., but our room still had not been cleaned. A housekeeping staff member came by after 4:00 p.m. We told her that there was no need to clean the room anymore since it was already late, but she insisted on coming in. While I was lying down, she entered the room, dropped off some towels, looked around briefly, and then left.
