"The staff at this property are phenomenal!!! They exhibit professionalism, they are knowledgeable, they are caring and empathetic all while treating you like family. I had an unfortunate situation where I had an accident in the parking lot. They did everything to assist me throughout the process. I thank God I stayed here especially being my 1st time in Capetown. "Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city.
But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!), grand water pressure in the shower with a hand shower too(!), super firm and spotlessly clean bed and bedding and an INCREDIBLY helpful Head of Housekeeping Miss Longineer.
What a treasure she was!! Changed bedding to summer sheets at my request, made me some coffee and stayed around after my late check-in (8pm!) to ensure I was taken care of.
