"I loke the resort and amenities...i did not like that i was the only one that not got my room early...i make all reservation for everyone and all rooms wer ready 3 hours beforw mine.....did not got a call for it ....and after getting my keys. They completely forgot that i needed a roll away bed for my child....they stated that room wasn't ready because the extra bed but was not the true. "

"Unfortunately very few staff speak English especially at front desk. There was no direction as to how to get your room cleaned. Housekeeping does not have a key therefore our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for water in the room which is a must as you do not drink from the tap. The pool was long but the birds like to swim in it so I do t trust the cleanliness.
