"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. "Booking.
We booked a week before. We couldn't get the full address from the 'management company'. It states unnamed, Paracas, Peru. The address they gave is not a street address. Luckily for us we stay in Paracas every year so kind of knew we re it was located.
The 'management company' seems to do everything through Wahtsapp, as I don't use this, they were 'unable to communicate with me' that's what they said. Even though we booked in Hotels.com and emailed them. I also whatsapp'd the person...
