"There was a lot to like about this hotel. The location was extremely convenient to Atlantis, and the complimentary Atlantis passes are a huge benefit. The free breakfast was also very good and the food was tasty.
Unfortunately, the service and upkeep were frustrating. During our four-day stay, we called the front desk five times and only had someone answer once. If you needed help in person, the wait could easily be 30 to 45 minutes. It also took three employees to help us get quarters for the washer and dryer, and one of the two dryers was out of service.
The room was spacious but clearly needed maintenance. The toilet was permanently stained, there were cracks around the window seals, and the A/C struggled to get below 74 degrees. The shower faucet was pretty calcified. Our bathroom light began flashing one night and, even after housekeeping serviced the room the next day, it was not replaced until we went to the front desk.
We are not high-maintenance travelers, but the accumulation of small issues became annoying. Still, if you want to enjoy Atlantis while saving money compared with the resort hotels, this is a solid option. The location, breakfast, and Atlantis access make it a good value. Just don’t expect everything to be perfect."
