"The hotel/extended stay was amazing. I had the two bedroom apartment and I was not disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rugs sheds. The floor was dusty. The patio had ashes and cigarettes. The housekeeping manager was very nice as I ran into her in the hallway, she showed me around the pool and fitness area because I was lost and she was very useful when I needed extra towels during my stay. The residents were kind and fun to chill with. Overall, the place was great and I will definitely stay here again.
I have very few suggestions:
1) They do not have a bellhops but have luggage carts to use on your own. You will need to return the carts you use but most people don't. Having a part-time bellhopper would be beneficial.
2) Towels for the pool should be easily accessible around the pool area.
3) They need a market or food around the pool. It will enhance the vibe. The surrounding areas have a lot of unhoused people and it can be kind of scary at night even though there are various food options around.
4) Housekeeping should not be an extra charge when you are staying for 3 plus days. "
