This is a mixed review because there were things we genuinely liked about this hotel. The property is beautiful-very modern with a relaxed boho vibe & the location is great, close to beaches, the marina, and grocery stores. The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues and had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had a sliding door that wouldn’t close properly, so we were moved right away. The second room was on the second level facing the main street and the noise was extremely loud starting around 6am, garbage trucks, construction, traffic, and street noise. The windows seem to have very little sound insulation because the noise sounded almost the same whether the window was open or closed. Since this was supposed to be a relaxing trip, we asked to move again. We accepted a downgrade to a room without a kitchen just to get away from the street. Unfortunately that room had a connecting door with almost no soundproofing, and we could clearly hear the guests next door talking, brushing their teeth, using the bathroom, and watching TV. At that point we asked for a refund and considered leaving, but the staff tried to help and offered a room on a new floor that was quieter. However there was no Wi-Fi and we also had AC issues. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff were kind, but the noise, room changes, lack of Wi-Fi, and AC problems made the stay disappointing. No compensation was offered.

The residences qere beautiful and our butler was fantastic!

The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

Staff treated guests very well

This resort was outstanding. Staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The 2 bedroom suite was more than enough space for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens. We had a an excellent experience. We were told we were upgraded to Vista when we arrived, which enabled us to use the rooftop pool and restaurant, that was an awesome upgrade. I will say, you still had to wake up early to claim any shade/lounger. People saved theirs with towels and then went to eat for a couple hours. Another thing I did not expect at the rooftop pool were children who were loud, splashing and throwing toys around. This annoyance was added to this family occupying 6 shade/loungers. I understand they paid to be there. But they didn’t pay to impact everyone around them in the way they did. If you are on the Vista side, you will hear construction from 8am to 8:30pm. You didn’t hear this at the roof top pool. The staff on the arrival were very high pressure to do the time share presentation. (Another guest told us it was 4 hours, not the 90 min they say) She was relentless, and cornered my mom on multiple days. We did not attend. The food was excellent, everyone was able to find something they liked at every restaurant. I would recommend it to others. It was a great resort.
