"I did not like the location of the hotel. The chairs in the room were absolutely disgusting. And you dont control the a/c, at night it was so hot i couldnt sleep and i didn’t dare open the balcony door to let some air in because of the location."

Poor communication before arrival: no prior notice that check‑in was only via machine and card, despite request to pay in cash. Unpleasant arrival experience: forced to wait outside in the rain after an exhausting trip. Payment difficulties: inability to pay in cash caused unnecessary stress and delay. Some Cleanliness issues in the room: some hair found on sheets and pillow, towels not perfectly clean.
