The staff was very friendly: kudos to Bruno, who really made us feel at home and spoke very good Spanish. The room was lovely: two connecting rooms for a family of four with everthing we needed, very clean, well stocked. We found a pharmacy, laundromat and supermarket within walking distance, as well as the Metro stop, which was convenient. The room was clean and quiet, but bear in mind that stairs are narrow and the elevator only fits one person with luggage. The area is not nice: we parked the car for 5 minutes in front of a garaje door to unload luggage and a local started screaming: Bruno was very helpful with this. There is not much space outside the hotel for temporary parking. We witnessed an argument between a drunk customer and the pharmacy clerk, which convinced us it was not an area to walk around after dark. Laundromat was safe and local people were helpful. The fact that we had to leave the room key at the front desk every time we left made us also feel unsafe, but we understand that it might be a safety measure in case of theft.

Last weekend I stayed at your hotel but when I arrived on Saturday evening, the elevator was not working so I needed to carry my bags to the room, I was tired, I didn't sleep during my trip from Canada so I was too upset because I paid too much for a good service. So the person who was that night received my written complaint that I hope you have it and I will like a reimbursement. Also I will like to add that cleaning was not that good at the shower and Monday morning the sink was blocked Many thanks for your help and hoping this issue can be solved promptly.

Feb. 17th 2026. I was not able to make the trip to Paris. I know it's my bad to forgot to cancel my hotel booking of 3-nights stay. However, the hotel refused to give me any refund for my booking, even though in the booking confirmation email that I received Sept 7th, 2025, it was clearly stated that (in my native language):"..., or if you do not check in after booking, you will be charged the room rate for the first night and the corresponding taxes." The refusal from the hotel is unacceptable. The costumer service from the agent Expedia is not helpful, either. They quoted a different cancellation policy to me:"If you fail to check-in for this reservation, or if you cancel or change this reservation after check-in, you may incur penalty charges at the discretion of the hotel of up to 100% of the booking value." It's possible that this is the current cancellation policy, but it is apparently contradictory to the policy in my booking confirmation email. Shouldn't the cancellation policy go with my confirmation email back then? Expedia also arrogantly told me:"I would like to inform you that these policies are set directly by the property, and we are unable to override them. As a brand, we do not charge anything for cancellations or changes — the penalties are imposed solely based on the property’s policy." Then, I want to ask, isn't it your fault that you didn't show the correct cancellation policy in the confirmation mail first? Terrible experience.

Elevador impraticável

Quarto limpo, espaçoso, com frigobar. Banheiro deixa a desejar pois não tem quase bancada que possa aproveitar pra suporte com coisas pessoais. O frigobar fica dentro de um armário, o que prejudica pra guardar alguns alimentos pois fica muito quente dentro do armário. O ar condicionado não gelou muito bem, e deixamos a janela aberta pra compensar o abafado. O corredor é muito estreito. Só passa uma pessoa com mala. O elevador só cabe uma pessoa e mal entra a mala, além de demorar horrores. Não recomendo pra quem está com muitas malas ou família grande, pois terão que fazer várias viagens. Ele é pequeno de verdade! O recepcionista só fala francês. Não conseguiu nos ajudar em inglês. A localização é muito boa e próxima ao metrô, mas é distante dos principais pontos turísticos. O quarto em si, é bem espaçoso e confortável, mas não me hospedaria novamente nele.

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Het was een stuk kleiner dan we hadden verwacht, maar prima voor 4 nachten. De gordijnen kunnen helaas niet helemaal dicht, waardoor er veel licht naar binnen schijnt. Verder staat er in de kast een koelkast, waardoor het binnenin de kast altijd warm is. Verder ligt het hotel dicht bij metro lijn 1, en is het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor een korte stedentrip raad ik het hotel zeker aan.

Wir hatten für unseren Kurzurlaub das Hotel mit Familiensuite gebucht. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Für einen Städtetrip fanden wir das Hotel vollkommen okay. Es ist ca. 25 min mit der Metro in die City zu fahren. Also das wussten wir ja, dass es keine 5 min. sind und von daher für uns die richtige Wahl. Die Metro ist fußläufig auch gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war für uns auch auch vollkommen ausreichend. Das es mit manchen deutschen Früshtückbuffets nicht ganz zu vergleichen ist, war uns schon klar und von daher wurden unserere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Auch das Personal empfanden wir als angenehm. Und was ja auch immer so ein Thema ist: Die Betten bzw Matratzen... da war auch alles gut. Unsere Kids empfanden ihre Matratzen als zu hart, aber das ist ja Ansichtssache. Also für einen Städtetrip können wir das Hotel empfehlen, wenn man weiß, dass das Hotel eben nicht direkt im Herzen von Paris, sondern etwa außerhalb liegt. Als herrvorragend würde ich es nicht beschreiben, aber als gut. Wir haben das in allen Kategorien mit gut bewerten können.
