Location was convenient. 8 minutes to Trocadero metro station line 6 and 9 and 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower. Free coffee in lobby any time. There was a mix-up with the pre-booked taxi to airport on departure day.

Decent hotel in the Trocodero neighborhood with the Eiffel Tower nearby. Good restaurants and shops, as well as metro access, within easy walking distance. My room had a small kitchen, which was useful.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I paid for breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that it was complimentary. This was my only negative experience; otherwise, everything was very good. The place is quite peaceful, it is close to everything, and the staff also speaks English, which makes communication much easier.

Extremely disappointing experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it advertised an elevator, but the elevator was broken during our stay. What made the experience worse was the lack of assistance from the staff. We asked for help with our luggage, but initially no one was willing to properly assist us. Someone eventually helped, but only halfway—and only after I had to make a scene and repeatedly complain just to get some assistance. I understand that elevators can unexpectedly break, but good customer service is about how the staff handles the situation. Guests should not have to get upset or repeatedly ask before receiving basic assistance, especially when an advertised hotel amenity is unavailable. Overall, the staff were not helpful or accommodating, and the situation was handled very poorly. For the amount we paid, I expected much better service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

All the staff was friendly. The location was great, easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. I didn't like that they disabled the TV that you couldn't change the language to English My only complaint is that your room is not cleaned unless you stay 6 nights and we were there for 5 days. I would suggest they offer your room being swept, as they give you a hand brush and dust pan. Oh and it's true the air conditioner in the rooms are basically for show, only cool and for a woman like me night sweats are real.
