PRESQUE parfait

Excellent séjour mis à part un point noir : l'eau chaude. Pour avoir de l'eau chaude, il faut parfois laisser couler la douche 15min ! Il faudrait d'ailleurs le savoir avant. Je l'ignorais donc j'ai pris une douche froide et le remboursement d'un tiers de la chambre. Dans une logique de préservation de notre environnement, il faudrait à tout prix que la Direction de cet établissement agisse pour rétablir la situation.

Rien à redire, établissement agréable, chambre propre et confortable, personnel accueillant. Un réel point positif sur la restauration de bonne qualité avec produits frais, ce qui est extrêmement compliqué à trouver en ces temps de Covid

Sur un séjour de 4 nuits, un seul matin (le dernier) avec de l'eau chaude. L'hôtel connaissait le problème mais n'a pas averti ses clients. Toutes les chambres occupées étaient dans la même situation. Nous sommes des habitués de cet établissement, d'habitude toujours très bien avec un petit-déjeuner fantastique. Le restaurant, si pratique d'habitude, était fermé. Là aussi, élément non signalé. Pour ce séjour, très décevant,le service était rendu au strict nécessaire : un scandale surtout pour le prix. L'un des ascenseurs de fonctionnait pas au delà du premier étage. La Covid ne peut pas tout expliquer et tout justifier. Il y a un singulier manque de communication et de sincérité vis à vis du client. Nous sommes furieux et mécontents.

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de personnels malgré mon arrivé tardive j'ai eu sans soucis de quoi manger et boire car j'ai pas dîné pendant la route, j'ai eu un conseil précis pour le transport pour le meilleur trajet pour Paris (RER et métro)pour aller à la Gare Montparnasse. Une équipe des personnels est excellente Et exemplaire ! Merci à eux encore !

Quartier bruyant.

Il manquait serviettes douches, la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas correctement. Chambre donnant sur une place où des bandes ont fait la fete jusqu'à 4h du matin ! Quartier mal fréquenté et bruyant. La chambre est grande,propre et le personnel ageable, parking bien sécurisé et gratuit.

Chambre prête très en avance donc très bien pour nous. Bon accueil et gentillesse des équipes en place. Chambre très propre mais parties communes très sales et négligées (ascenseurs par exemple). Ce n'est pas digne ni du manager ni de standing de l'établissement.

Unfortunately, a big let down.

I booked this hotel based on the other positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. Our bathtub has a hole in, the mini bar had 1 bag of chips and a bottle of water than had been open and partially drank by someone else, the baby crib they had set up in the room was filthy and had a dirty sheet. Also the water closet was so small you had to straddle the toilet to be able to close the door. And the final straw was the air conditioning did not work. The room was so hot and humid we were unable to sleep. The front desk sent someone to look at the air conditioning but nothing was fixed and we were told a fan was not available. The staff and breakfast were, however, excellent.

Clean & Modern

Great hotel - very well communicated with Paris through a 20-minute train. Located next to and not inside a 90s mall. The area is not the nicest. However, the hotel is a pearl in the middle of Noisy. Motivated front desk staff - Thanks Francois for a great check-in! Rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds.

Hôtel bien placé, à 30 mètres d'une galerie marchande très grande. Séjour de 2 jours. Parfait. A noter une odeur pestilentielle au niveau des sous sols. Petit déjeuner et restauration de qualité à prix très raisonnables. Personnel très accueillant, souriant, efficace, à l'écoute. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wenn man einen Trip in das Disneyland wie auch in die Innenstadt von Paris plant (Verbindung über RER A). Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht und das Zusatzbett wurde nach 3maliger Aufforderung nicht gerichtet. Auch war das WC ultraklein und hätte genauso gut Teil des Badezimmers sein können. Frühstück war OK. Persönlich gesehen wäre es allerdings nicht 4 Sterne sondern eher 2-3 Sterne.
