Le témoignage de ma femme pour qui j’ai réservé : L’hôtel est bien situé, mais le reste a été déplorable. Un lit supplémentaire, que je n’avais pas demandé, occupait la chambre. Il pouvait être déplacé, mais le personnel a refusé de le retirer. Sa housse très poussiéreuse m’a provoqué une forte crise allergique pendant tout le séjour. Le réceptionniste m’a alors proposé une chambre plus petite ou de « prendre la porte », alors que le séjour était déjà payé. Plusieurs lampes étaient grillées malgré deux demandes, aucun service de maintenance n’est intervenu. Pas de climatisation non plus, et le ventilateur fourni était défectueux. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel malgré son excellent emplacement.

Although the hotel is quite expensive, the room is extremely cramped and unbearably hot—even hotter than outside. There is no air conditioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The service was also disappointing. For two consecutive days, our room was not cleaned, even though we hung the “Please clean the room” sign on the door. We booked a six-night stay, but the front desk informed us that complimentary bottled water was only provided on the first day. No additional water was offered for the remaining five nights. In addition, the location is not very convenient for tourists, as it is not within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is extremely convenient and is easy access to the Lafayette and have access of different cuisine if you want something else than French food. Walkable distance to a lot of places and different line of train station. The hotel doesn’t allow non registered guests in the room And you have to leave the key with counter when you go out. Is a lot of stairs if you have big luggage that may not fit. The elevator is small comparing with North America hotels. Uber costed me around 40’euro from airport to this hotel. Approx 20 euro from this hotel to the garde ru Morse train station.
