My room was cosy and warm. The hotel was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and the gentleman at reception patiently explained the directions I needed. The only negative in my experience was that on checking in, at about 1 am after a late flight, my Visa card's PIN number was rejected by the hotel's machine. I was told by the receptionist the next day that the machine was old, and had since been replaced. My PIN number was totally valid. This error meant that I had to call my son, after 1 am and have him use his credit card to.pay my bill. Which was clearly annoying at that hour. However, the great service from the staff and cosy atmosphere of the hotel more than made up for the problem on checking in. I would definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend it to my friends.
