This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel it was just as great as the first time. Clean, helpful staff, hot water and comfortable bed also soundproofed. Great location close to tons of major attractions and public transport 3steps from the entrance.

Really happy with the hotel for our trip, great location with lots of bars,restaurants and shopping nearby but still quiet enough to get a good sleep. Room was a decent size for Paris and the terrace was fab. Really liked the close proximity to Montmarte and metro just outside to get to the centre. Staff were very welcoming. Thanks

The hotel was a 20 mts of the Metro station, very near to La fayette galeries and many restos, very good location. Front desk pepople very friendly and with good and nice attitude. I will come back next year, I recommend the hotel.

Great location for sightseeing. Comfortable room and great breakfast. Friendly, professional staff who were ready, willing and able to answer questions and engage with guests in their own language. Shame I forgot my scarf but they found it and contacted me to be able to send it back - very impressive.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Paris Opera Hotel. It is a well appointed, accessible and clean hotel, conveniently located near the Metro and many sites. The staff are friendly, courteous and always very helpful. They provide excellent customer service all round and go out of their way to make sure you are looked after.
