Great property. Staff and service superb. Excellent breakfast. Location is a bit sketchy (walkway up to the hotel). I would highly recommend this hotel.
This is a cute, very charming hotel in a neat part of Paris. It, along with several other boutique hotels is tucked away just off a main boulevard but you have to look for the Hotels of Cite Bergere. Close to some of the covered passage ways that so much a part of the charm of Paris; Their breakfast buffet was really lovely.
Great 1 night stay. Great value for the money right in the city center next to the metro and a ton of bars and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are tiny, but that is part of Paris just like NYC where I am from. I would stay again
Expensive, however Prelude Opera had air conditioning when most hotels did not during the heat wave and most importantly each staff member were very attentive and helpful.
Convenient location which was perfect throughout the stay. Small room where the door opens into the bed but ok for Paris , room smell like mold so had to air the room constantly. Good shower and nice amenities, there is a tiny gym which was nice too. Felt safe and during weekdays the area was quiet, except for Saturdays due to the restaurant in the vicinity. Would recommend to any traveler again!
The staff at this hotel was absolutely incredible not only with me, but above and beyond for my daughter. So kind and caring. When we left my daughter made me promise to return to the same hotel on our next trip. The “secret alley” feel was special and so close to so many food options as well as two metro lines. Wonderful experience!
Great location and near transit, a little bit smaller than the photos appear. Went out late one night and staff was annoyed when we came back to to hotel because they lock the doors after a certain time
Really well located, close to Opera, in a quiet street so it’s not noisy at all. Friendly staff and nice room, with Occitane toiletries. Spacious room for Paris. The only downside was a bit of wear and tear in the room (peeling paint) and weird smelling pillows. These are only minor so I would definitely return again.
We had a pleasant two night stay at the hotel. The room was perfect for our stay in Paris being close and walkable to most things we wanted to do. We frequent Paris and know how most rooms in the city are small. My only issue was when you showered water would come out of cubical really easily and all floor, flooding the bathroom. The breakfast was good and had a very good selection on offer. We also had luggage stored before and after check in/check out and there was no issue with that. Overall we had a nice stay and would return.
Lovely staff & very helpful when needed. Our room was nice, small but cozy with cold AC. Breakfast was good. Hotel was near subway & several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay & do recommend.
