Without a doubt, this is the best option I've chosen for a stay during a trip. The services were excellent, but above all, the friendliness of the host and staff was outstanding. It's a charming place for families seeking safe accommodation, conveniently located near the metro, and with a restaurant nearby. The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated, and equipped with everythign you'll need, the service by Claire Lavaud... impeccable!, everyday we had a wonderful breakfast with bread and pastries from a true 'boulanger', everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is located near porte d'Orlean metro station, M4 line, and you can from there easily go to all the main touristic area of Paris without the need to change lines. No doubt that we will book Maison Lavaud again for our next visit and meet with Claire again. 100/100.

Loved the location. Close to transport,park, and restaurants. Claire was really helpful and the house was perfect for a family. Only downside are the stairs with luggage!

Claire was beyond helpful. She figured out the metro stops for us and provided free parking since we DID NOT want to drive in Paris. The beds and sofa bed were comfy. The shower was hot and the towels were soft. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony and hot tub were wonderful! Claire asked what time to bring breakfast and showed up with a basket of fruits, jellies, fresh baked goods, and more. We felt so spoiled. The neighborhood was safe and we walked around without fear. We recommend Claire's above all others. She also rents out a five bedroom apartment in the same building!
