"The staffs at the Front desk and lobby are very friendly and helpful, always smile and answer questions. The Server in the restaurant for breakfast obviously dose not like his job, he was their only for cleaning up the tables not to provide any other services. Room size was good, it was very quiet when the ac stopped working, bedding was nice and comfy, I found hair in the towel. Overall it’s a good place to stay in the airport, very convenient, but it’s a little bit pricey. The gentleman in the lounge are very nice and knowledgeable, he is the best in the hotel."
