Disliked: Staff & service
Good location. Thanks for keep luggage at early arrival from airport. Busy and friendly staff when checked in. 24 hours front desk. No free-international-call handy phone. Rooms need maintenance. Checked rooms before stay. First room’s desk reading lamp without lampshade, second room’s bedside lamp could not light up. Third room, our room was a connecting room at other building, closet door and refrigerator door both only half open and stuck on bed. We asked the staff to lock the connecting door. Free room WiFi very slow, almost could not view any website, also blocked Hotels.com website. Showed the staff our computer and mobile in room that we could use our own sim card to connect internet very quickly. Thanks daily housekeeping for replace tissue box and bathroom supplies, but the quantity of new towels different daily. Paid city tax 18.8- for 2 person 5 nights, received receipt. After visited other cities, returned to stay one night before flight back to Asia. When checked in at 10pm, staff asked us to pay higher rate tax. Showed him tax receipt. He then gave us a room without curtain at bathroom. Refused. Second room without bathtub, we were afraid the shower water might flow to bedside. Until 2:30am, the third room without refrigerator, so we had to throw food, milk, cheese, salad. All refrigerators were moved away. Next day the staff told us to check out at 11am. It should be 12 at noon. Complained above to Manager. Information should be corrected

Trop cher...
Excelente, próximo ao metrô, ótimo custo beneficio, super recomendo, funcionários gentis e atenciosos.

It’s not to the level of an American hotel, but it is acceptable! Difficulty with the size of the room, I unfortunately tripped on a leg of a chair in front of the bed, it was narrow, and I still feel some pain! This I believe was a handicapped room, but there were minimal grips and slip free matting in the shower and the sink was nice, but no room for you toothpaste and brush! Saw two other rooms, suitcases had to be opened on the bed for lack of space, our room on the ground floor was comfortable temp wise but the upstairs rooms were noisy in the 100 building and hot as there was no air conditioning! These rooms would be okay in other seasons! The staff made up for the minor problems! They were very helpful and pleasant, sort of makes up for some of the lack of convenience! Hotel is a short walk around the corner to some nice markets and restaurants, not too far to the metro, if you don’t have difficulty walking, but I survived. Next time I will have a motor scooter with me, a folding one would be quite helpful getting arouNd!
The hotel is very tired indeed. The rooms are tiny and in serious need of redecoration and the bathrooms were no better. The breakfast was so disappointing that we stopped going after the first couple of days.
To add insult to injury we had clothing and a substantial amount of money stolen from one of our rooms.
When we spoke to the hotel about this they just refused to acknowledge that anything had happened.
Needless to say we will not be returning.
Pros: Lovely and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Daily housekeeping. Great neighbourhood. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Street market every day selling fresh fruits and vegetables. Loved the neighbourhood. Near Villier and Rome metro stations. Walkable to Gare St. Lazare

Located very good, Metro Villers station just walk by 4mins. 2,3 lines available. Monoprix is close. The hotel is quiet and reasonable, Front clark 24hrs open and house keeping everyday that's fantastic. My room is compact and cozy, just my room's key open to tricky everytime, that things only sorry of there.
