공항호텔이라도 이렇게 더럽고 불친절할수가~ㅜㅜ
파리공항에 밤늦게 도착해서 공항호텔중 제일 평가가좋고 비싼 쉐라톤 호텔에 묵었습니다ㆍ 지금 파리가 제일 성수기이고 호텔가격이 비쌀 때라고 해도 1박에 50만원인 호텔에 이건 정말 너무한것같습니다 우선 체크인 직원 너무느리고 불친절했습니다 이름을 쓰려다 참고있습니다ㆍ 겨우 체크인끝내고 방에 들어가니 슬리퍼 칫솔등 어메니티 없는것은 물론이고 세면대 욕조 청소가 깨끗하지 않았습니다ㆍ 거기다 달라. 에비앙 작은병 2병 준게 끝이고 아침조식도 다른 리뷰보고 기대했는데ᆢ 넘 실망입니다 한국서 50 만원이면 5성급 호텔에 묵을텐데 아무리 콧대높은 파리 성수기라해도 이건 너무한것 같습니다ㆍ 특히 청소가 깨끗이 안되어있어서 너무 불편했습니다 단 위치는 터미널 내에 있어서 나오자마자 몇분안걷는것은 편리했습니다

The staff at the Hotel were very helpful and considerate. The Hotel it self was at the airport and convenient to all the terminals. Great location, We will stay there again.

The location is great. Loved the stress free access to Ter. 2. The breakfast spread was very nice. But hotel has issues too. Room not thoroughly cleaned or restocked. For example, no water in the refrigerator, and 1 lonely coffee pod along with USED paper coffee cup at the room coffee service. Note to Sheraton - when you make claims about “free drinks in room”, you should actually stock the basics! Also paid extra for a lounge area access. It was filthy! Bottles, glasses, food littered every table. Depleted snacks, melted ice, warm beer - this room had not been serviced in hours. Kicker was the loud, obnoxious, drunk Americans loudly cursing in the small area. We couldn’t leave fast enough…….but Sheraton kept the money we paid.

Stayed here to catch an early flight the following morning. Very convenient and easy to access location. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend for anyone looking for an easy stay before flying out of CDG.

While this hotel is at the best location and priced accordingly, it really needs a full renovation. I have stayed there several times, and for the first time I was given a room with no separate shower. I didn’t even know they had that. It’s not something you would expect at a hotel like the Sheraton.

The CDG Sheraton is a convenient stopover for a long lay over. The counter staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The restaurants were expensive but offered a wide selection of food. Their staff were also friendly, though not overly attentive at times at least in the bar. I downgraded the rating because the so called deluxe king room was in rather worn repair. The seat was cracked, there were scuff marks on the wall, some sockets did not work and all the outlets were poorly seated. The security locks old holes were clearly evident which did not inspire confidence. When I arrived there was no tea or coffee in the service area of the room and no water to be seen. One warm bottled Evian was in the refrigerator but nothing else. In the bathroom there was one box of face soap and the grab rail for the bath was loose. The metal of the toilet roll holders was stained and when lying in the bath you could see the underside of the sink. The bed was comfortable but many of the light fittings were loose or bent. Ones positive was that the room was quiet and that was reassuring. Had this been a $70 dollar a night hotel I would have been less surprised, but to pay over $200 for a room that was less cared for than some I have stayed in for less than a third of that price was disappointing to say the least. I will not stay there on my next layover.

Staff took a long time to check me in even though there were 6 people behind the reception, they were just talking to each other and had no customers, me and the man behind me talked about that, maybe a little more sensitive about people wanting to check in as soon as we can as we all have a lot of things to do

The hotel was very convenient for our stay with direct access to train and terminal, the hotel was clean and staff were professional but the inside rooms are very outdated and it needs a renovation for Carpet and furniture.

On the whole, really liked the hotel and its extremely convenient location at CDG. Enjoyed the comfortable and quiet room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Amine, who was very solicitous of our needs. Some minor issues were the following: finding crumbs on the sofa, inability to figure out how to use the tub shower, and lack of shower gel in the shower. In the end, I was very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers who want the convenience of staying at CDG.
