Don’t waste your time or money. This place is filthy all the way through and the staff don’t clean rooms and it’s overall NASTY!

We appreciate your feedback. We take pride in cleaning and keep up the property in best way but some point of time unable to match the expectations of the guests. During your entire stay, if you raised any requirements to front desk or housekeeping staff and not fulfilled, please call us and discuss about the issues you experienced. Just to let you know that in case of DND sign used and a PET inside, housekeeping staff doesn't provide any services to that room. Apologies for inconvenience if any. Thank you for staying with us.

The room and bed was clean. Bathroom smelled like mold and didn’t seem clean. Breakfast was horrible compared to the other hotels we have stayed at in the same area. The overall outside esthetics could use improvement. We stayed once, tried it one more time, will not go there again!

Got the room with the king size bed it is very nice and comfortable air conditioner. Will freeze you out. Shower was nice and warm. Everything looks updated. Was definitely a good stay.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. We had lots of questions! She was great! The indoor pool is quite small, but is open 9am-10pm. No visitors allowed to your room or the pool without a fee (seems silly). The room was fine. The outdoor keycard access was tricky with bags and pillows in hand.

Only issue we had was a couple of train crew trucks were backed up by our door warming up the trucks and the exhaust came Into the room. Just a rude person not thinking. The hotel was fine.

All of the electrical face plates or outlets need to be replaced in the room I was in – 112. It may even be a safety hazard for the property. I was unable to charge both of my electronic devices overnight - not even using the USB input of the desk lamp. This is extremely inconvenient with modern society’s reliance on technology. Especially for business purposes. Very disappointing and borderline Unacceptable.

We apricate your feedback and apologies for inconvenience due to charging issues. We just want to inform you that, in a room we have two night stand lamp, one desk lamp, all these three lamps have electrical outlet to plug 120v charger. There is no requirement to reach to wall power outlet. In case of any issues with lighting or wall outlet all these lamps and room light should stop working. Also request to bring in to notice any issues immediately to the staff on duty so it can be resolved. Thank you for your feedback and we assure that upon your next stay you will not be disappointed.

Rude, do not recommend this location at all. The Manager is a foreigner and could not understand a word he said. Called from a number that was not listed as Super 8 and demanded credit card info to hold the room, I felt pressured into giving the new card info so urgently by him that I felt he was a scammer. He canceled our reservation for our stay all because I didn’t believe he was associated with Super 8. So we went to another place right down the road 4 miles, and it was great!! Highly recommend the Best Western in McKenzie!!

Thank you for taking time to write the feedback. We appreciate that you now understand that the hotel is not able to hold the reservation with locked/fake credit card or debit card number. It is required to book a room with Valid payment card so hotel can authorized in and make a guarantee on your reservation although you want to pay at hotel. In case of any doubt about phone number you should have called expedia or hotel direct number so you can save your reservation and verify genuineness of caller, even expedia also send notification to your email and cellphone for any changes in your reservation. The hotel can cancel the reservation without any direct call to you though we have called you three times to save your reservation and advised you to contact expedia for further clarification. I hope this provide clear understanding of how important to book a room with valid card. We apologies for your experience and wish you luck for next time. Thank you.

The room was dirty. The sheets had stains on them. My sister was right next door to us and had mold very visible on the ceiling of her bathroom and the management offered to wipe it off she had to ask more than once to be moved. The pool was slimy and mucky. When I enquired about the sludge at the bottom I was given a really long defensive answer from management. We requested extra towels which they didn’t have but promised to bring to our room later in the day. They never came. The breakfast was dry dry dry crumbles of eggs and little smokies. The bread was stale and the OJ was watery. They have waffles but the batter was out and there was no one to refill the machine.

The hotel had a weird smell, the carpets in the stairwell and other areas was old and stained. The fake wood flooring was cheap and separating. The showers and toilets were old and stained. The doors were chipped and old. Our door to our room would not shut correctly and had a gap that you could see light through between the trim and the door. It did not feel very private or safe. The TV was the smallest I’ve ever had in a hotel room. There was a big dead bug on the floor in our room. Everything just looked really old, cheap and rundown. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location. We stayed 2 days while we were getting married in town. The only let down was the pool was working but was dirty. We would stay again.

Check in was not horrible, was in town for a wedding Hotel and room need some major updating. Hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and dog pee. Hotel was very noisy. We ended up leaving and drove 3 hrs home

The staff here were amazing, so very friendly. The only problem was that the walls were so very thin. We stayed two nights. The first night we could listen to the next room's tv all night. The second night, the new crew in the next door room liked to party. Still, the staff was great. Heads up, though. Double beds means just that. Double (full size) beds, not queen size.

Part of the parking lot was roped off due to them doing repairs to the roof but the rooms were very nice and clean and the air conditioner will freeze you out

Best Super 8 by Wyndham I have stayed at.
I think this is the best Super 8 by Wyndham I have stayed at. We have stayed in a few. This one was cleaner, friendlier and just felt more comfortable.
