The apt itself is small. The first room is the kitchen/lvroom with very small table and 3 weak plastic chairs that are in the way because they do not tuck under table. There is a small loveseat sofa & if you plan to pull out sofa bed just know there is not a single other comfortable chair in the apt. There is also a console under tv that only has 3 legs attached and will fall over without warning.
This apt is NOT a 2 BD 2BA as advertised. It is 2 rooms and 1 bathroom with a bed up in a loft above bathroom that is only big enough for mattress. The shower does not drain well at all so shower fast. Toilet flushes most of the time. Kitchen is def not for cooking but okay for wine snacks coffee and a small amount of cold food storage. The second room is unfurnished dressing room. There is VERY little clothing storage in a TINY closet. This place is def NOT large enough for 4 adults!!! Our dream trip to Paris (as far as a comfortable place to stay was RUINED) Expedia took care of us so we have that relief but it did not assuage the discomfort and disappointment we had. We were not advised or warned about extensive construction underway and we could barely access the outside of the apt without danger of tripping or hitting our heads on pipe scaffolding from exterior & blocking the courtyard to apt access.
Communication can happen when problems arise but not prompt or clear. We got one email that said apt was ready-took taxi over& were told to wait 3 more hours. Not great.
