Good location, good hotel

It was a good stay and it was in a very good location. It was close to the train and had very nice restaurants around. There isn’t a lot of crowds in this location and that was good after a long day of being around people.The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, this is most likely the hotel I’ll be staying at when visiting again.

Easily accessible from the Metro, lots of amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the room was a bit warmer than comfortable for us Canadians, but we managed by drawing the blinds during the day and opening the windows in fall as the AC could not be set low enough for our comfort. Shops downstairs had almost everything and were open late. Rooftop space was very hip and fun. Would definitely return

I had a great stay at the Koku. The staff is amazing! Although the hotel isn’t in the Centre of Paris the Metro (Lines 13 and 14) is across the street and you can get to any where you want to know easily. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything including cooking oil. I highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend

Amazing hotel for several reasons: 1- located right next to a metro station with line 13 and 14. Line 14 is very fast and goes up to Orly airport 2- rooms are very spacious, lots of storage space, very nice furniture, room is very well isolated so you don't hear any outside noise despite being not too far from the Boulevard Périphérique 3- very nice amenities: co-working space, gym, terrasse. 4- the staff is super nice and very friendly 5- There is a convenience store right downstairs which means you don't have to go far to buy some groceries

Generally good, room ok to good, food (breakfast very good), gym very small, ineffective for a proper workout. Staff good and reasonably helpful. Location good, on two metro lines. Hotel suits indifferent millennials.

Pleasant & Modern stay in Paris

I really liked ZOku Paris. Hotel is not in the heart of the Paris but has a very convenient Metro connection. Staff is young, dynamic and smiling. Hotel room is modern, comfortable. My only comment is about lack of mini refrigerator ( minibar). I mean instead of having a dozen of mini cuboards, you could have put a small refrigirator ( I had to give my medicines to the reception bar because of this)

We stayed at this property at the end of the month Sept 2023. The customer service was wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming environment. The area is across the street from the metro it was very easy to commute to the touristy areas. I loved that it was also a co-working space and conducive to a longer stay. The breakfast and coffee were really good. I would definitely stay there again. Overall I had a very positive experience and definitely think it was well worth the price.

Great hotel and service

Loved my stay at Zoku. Rooms are really nice and it was clean. While it was a little cool to enjoy the rooftop bar, it is a great addition and would be enjoyable in warmer temps. There are grocery stores close by. The metro is steps away. So convenient. You get a macaroon on check out too. The gym has a good selection of equipment. While the area around the hotel itself didn’t seem to have much to do, the metro is so close that it didn’t matter to me. Special mention of two staff members who went above and beyond for me - thank you so much Dasha and Dina. I appreciate all of your help.

The room was spotless, the staff was SO nice, the ambiance was excellent. I napped upstairs in a hanging chair by the window after reading and drinking coffee and everyone was so nice and didn't bother me. It felt like home and I would stay here over and over again, plus So close to all major attractions without feeling like you are in a touristy area! A nail salon was right up the street which came handy when I broke a nail, and from my room I watched the sunrise every morning. One of the BEST hotel experiences I have had.
