great location and amenities... would stay again and highly recommend! need to fix electrical issue in bedroom. had a few things plugged in causing lights to flicker...check the breaker! also sheets were clean but stained...need to be replaced. pillows flat...need new. last, checkin was hard. lespri had not sent registration info to the Hyatt front desk so we weren't in the system. took thirty minutes to solve.

Room was not clean!

Nothing seemed clean. From black curly hairs in the tub, grit across the entire tub, shower floor was slimy, gummies on the floor in the living room, towels throw. I’m a heap instead of folded, dirty cups and silverware. Disappointing considering the room and hotel itself seemed nice, just not cleaned properly…

The trip was amazing. The hotel even upgraded us to a suite because of a mix up with the reservation. They were very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
