"The bedroom was very tired and the bed uncomfortable. The whole place feels like it needs an upgrade. Approaching from outside the hotel has presence."

"We used the spa which was lovely, everywhere was clean and tidy could have done with a refresh on the bed head board , staff very good, breakfast a bit disappointing as it was in pots to keep warm , which sort of steamed everything"
