It’s not fancy by any means but safe, quiet, clean and comfortable and the location and experience of staying in a former monastery can’t be beat. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was very good and included. There is limited parking so make sure to reserve that (we traveled with my 80 year old mother so it was essential for us given the hills in Assisi). "

"Ideal location, halfway between Basilica San Franceso and Chiesa Santa Chiara. Everything in Assisi was within short walking distance. Crucially, the hotel had 10 parking spots directly in front, which allows entrance into the ZTL (otherwise forbidden). Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Booked the "family room," which was huge and had a great view. Great value."

"An excellent hotel - beautiful building and location; scrupulously clean; lovely room (junior suite); and charming, helpful staff. And the ‘valet parking’ is well worth the 20 Euros, particularly when one arrives at night during a wine festival… Delightful - highly recommended!"

"We chose this hotel because it was on the outskirts of Perugia and it had a carpark. It is a lovely comfortable modern hotel. The room was spotless when I moved in, but the bins weren't always emptied completely. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. We tried the restaurant for dinner: it is Italian/Japanese fusion. Some dishes were lovely (the aubergine starter); but some were disappointing (my fish was overcooked); the others were also not enamoured....there are plenty of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood!!"
