"The apartment's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Rosebank mall. However, several issues during our stay left a sour taste.
Upon arrival, we noticed a musty smell in the sofa or throw rug, despite spraying with Lysol. Additionally, the walls and ceiling showed signs of cracks. Maintenance issues were also a concern, with three non-functional outlets and a leaking washer/dryer. While the host was responsive, a pre-check inspection would have revealed these problems.
I could not sleep the very last night due to heavy winds rattling doors and windows. I knew it was the winds but all night it sounded like someone was breaking in.
Despite these issues, the apartment has potential. With a few repairs and improvements, it could be a great option. However, based on our experience, I would recommend future guests to carefully inspect the property before booking and be prepared for potential maintenance issues.
