Our host was delightful and despite the language barrier, was able to communicate warmth and generosity. There were some hot water problems, but the staff did their best to address the issue.

Luisa is a very good host, very friendly and helpfull. We got the appartement of the villa which had a lot of space. It is on a walking distance of the busses to bring you to the center of Parma.

Louisa hat uns unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht! Sehr umsorgend und hilfsbereit :) Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber ohne Auto ist der Weg zum Zentrum ca. 2,5km weit.

La villa decadente

Il materasso del letto matrimoniale era costituito da 2 materassi singoli, di diversa altezza messi su un letto vecchio, condizione non ideale per dormire in coppia - colazione niente di speciale. La stanza era pulita ma la villa, nel complesso, dava un'idea di decadenza, con arredi vecchi e spesso lesionati (vedi tavoletta del bagno): per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettato decisamente di meglio. Nel complesso non proprio un soggiorno indimenticabile.

A beautiful stay

A beautiful b&b just outside a 20 minute walk from the centre of Parma, delightful hosts with lots of brilliant advice, and a delicious breakfast, I cannot recommend this place enough
