"Excelente serviço, todos muito atenciosos principalmente os funcionários da recepção e portaria. Apesar da minha avaliação ser excelente, dois pontos negativos. O café da manhã é bem completo mas de preço muito alto. E o secador de cabelo é anexado a gaveta o que impossibilita o uso adequado se seu cabelo for comprido. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, espero uma solução melhor para hospedes que desejam usufruir de um secador de cabelo sem ser punidos pelo publico que leva para casa como souvenir (risos)…."

At the time, he took a key out and gave it to me - they had rooms available 45 min before but made me sit in the lobby. I guess you get what you pay for. The room itself was clean. No views. I returned to the room around midnight and wanted a hot shower but the hot water tap was not working. Towels also didnt feel clean. Everything else was impersonal. If you just want a place to sleep for 7-8 hours in a good location, this is good. You only get what you pay for - maybe less "
