“Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. “Hotel S Bento is your typical larger hotel. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful. We did have dinner in the hotel one night which was quite good but if you are looking for ambiance, it's not at this hotel. The location worked out perfectly with easy access to the National Park which was our primary desire. I'd stay again but simply be ok with a "hotel" vs. any type of BnB.”
