"We really enjoyed our time here. The property was beautiful. The pool was clean and refreshing. The food was good and the staff was very accommodating. The a/c in the room was ice cold and the bed was so soft and comfortable it made it tough to get up in the morning. Overall was a great experience."

"This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. This place looks like a Museum with hundreds of paintings and sculptures, something very enjoyable. I even visited other floors in order to look at more art work. "We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening ."

"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee.
