"This is an apartment hotel in a central location in the Palermo neighborhood. Very well-equipped room. No cleaning between days. It has everything and an excellent location. The hotel is very good and provides excellent value for money. However, I did not give a perfect score for two reasons: 1. Although it is nice to have a washing machine, the dryer did not really work and we had to run it 5 times until the clothes were quite dry. 2. When the toilet paper ran out, I asked for more toilet paper and was told that only 2 rolls of toilet paper were included in the price. I do not think it is reasonable to say this at the reception to a customer who needs toilet paper at that moment. Although it was possible to give one more and say that we will buy the next ones at the supermarket."

"If I could give this hotel a 6-star rating, I would. I have traveled a lot, but I had never received the level of attention and service that I received in this hotel. When I arrived I had some particular issues I needed to resolve. Since I was traveling alone and my issues dealt with a large parcel it was difficult for me to fix my problem by myself. I asked the front desk for suggestions as to where I could go to solve my problem. The immediately called maintenance to help me. Maintenance was so prompt that they arrived at my room before I could make it back from the front desk. They helped me with my problem and used there own materials without extra charge. I had a problem with the hot water. Again, I let the front desk know, and maintenance arrived to my room immediately. The problem was fixed. The staff was helpful, attentive and they seem to genuinely care about my needs. It is rare to find this kind of service these days. Thank you, Marriott Hotel Buenos Aires Ezeiza!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fierro :) I was running the Buenos Aires Half Marathon and chose this hotel because it was close to the starting point... and I have absolutely no regrets. The staff members were super helpful and incredibly responsive. They recommended a fantastic tango show and arranged everything for us, making it a truly enjoyable evening. We also raised two minor issues with the room, and both were addressed promptly! Breakfast was AMAZING and definitely not your typical hotel buffet. They offer a preset menu that covers everything :) There is a general starter that everyone gets (bread, croissant, cookie, coffee juice, water, veggie shot, yogurt parfait) then there are about 6 or 7 other items and you can choose 1 ( 3 were veggie friendly....pancakes...fruit platter, chia pudding).... I tried a different combination every day. Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 3pm! The hotel also completely surprised me on my birthday! I have no idea how they knew, but I am certainly not complaining :) they brought out a cake and champagne, and even sang Happy Birthday to me at breakfast, which was such a sweet touch. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, as it was a bit spotty at times. However, since we both had data on our phones and weren't using laptops or doing anything that required heavy internet, we didn't raise it with the staff during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!"
