“Clean rooms, excellent staff and excellent beach spot.”

“We enjoyed very much staying at PortoBay. It is how hotel should be like, clean comfortable room and friendly staff. I want to particularly shout out that we stayed in the low season (Nov) and the hotel still offered fitness class like yoga everyday. I had the lovely yoga class outdoor in the hotel garden by the ocean. ”

“It was nice hotel with great view. but it was hard to connect to reception desk from the room so i had to come down to the reception to ask what i want. and also reception desk staffs don't really know about what kind of program they have and told me to ask the spa staff. and also if you don't like to be disturbed, you have to put your sign on your door, otherwise they would knock your door several times during the day. i am not sure whether it is culture in portugal, but i was startled when...

“Lovely clean hotel, close to the beach and centre of old town. Yara Costa and other staff at the hotel were wonderful and so pleasant. Only thing I would say is that if you’re a light sleeper then this isn’t a hotel for you, the bars are quite loud and until early hours of the morning. But the hotel can not be faulted, very clean and a comfortable.”

“The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space.
